I absolutely love my Mini. I had been shopping for other cars and was dissapointed at other dealerships. I was about to give up and just lease a fourth VW when I happened across the Mini dealership. Jessica didn't try to sell me more than I wanted and found a car on the lot with the features I wanted and within my budget. She made the process enjoyable and fun. She can read her customers very well and knew that to make the process simple and quick for me as well as giving my sister and I both stuffed bulldogs would not only close this deal but has made Mini my new "default" car instead of VW.
To actually enjoy driving and not be in a hurry to get someplace is a surprising and unexpected pleasure!

As soon as I saw my mini, I knew I made the correct decision. I haven't had a doubt at all this is the car for me. I feel confident my mini will treat me as well as I treat her and I must say my overall happiness with my mini is more than I ever thought it would be. The whole process from building on the website to delivery to my dealer was flawless. I am positive if every car maker/dealer were this enthusiastic and attentive car buying wouldn't be such a hassle or burden. I will send my family and friends to Lauderdale MINI if they want to be happy when they buy a mini.
This was truely a good purchasing experience. We had visited Vista Motors several months ago and was approached by a senior service advisor with "If you don't have an appointment you might have to come back." The strange thing was no one was even in the showroom except us. We only wanted a test drive at the time. Due to this bad customer services we decided to give Lauderdale Mini a chance when we were ready to purchase. The staff, especially Judy and the finance person were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was the best buying experience for us and we have purchased many new cars over the years. The Lauderdale Mini Dealer is many steps above Vista Motors.
