    "My speedometer is way off, up to 8 or 9 mph on the highway. The rep told me that, "that's how BMW's and Mini' are". I just don' t believe it! I wanted it fixed, so I can tell exactly how fast I am going. It seems obsurd not to be able to tell how fast you are traveling.     "Never recieved a call to let me know the part was available. Called myself after a couple of weeks and found out the part was there and they don't know why I was not called. Was told at the first visit that the work would take some time so a loaner car would be made available. When I got there I was told they would evaluate if I was eligible for a loaner car. I had not planned on spending a lot of time on this process and after a while I told the service adviser i had to leave whether they gave me a car or not. While doing the paperwork for the loaner car not knowing who was covering for the car the service advisor informed they did not have the correct part.     "I initially took my Mini in for a clogged windshield fluid line. I mentioned that my car was running rough and my service manager Joshua Herrera took this seriously. The next thing I knew my car was being evaluated. At that point I received a ride home by a very nice gentleman in the courtesy van. I was kept informed of the progress of my car by Josh and it was determined the car would have to stay for repairs. It was arranged for my to have a loaner while my car was being repaired.     "I brought my Mini in for oil change/rotate tires - I was told I need new brakes and my transmission hose was leaking repair amt over $1500 - I did not feel comfortable with that so I decline the service. I took my car to two certified BMW mechanics. SO i got a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Both mechanics stated they could not find a leak in the transmission hose and the brakes really did not need replacing at this time.
